About the owner
Superintendent experience. Small-company attention.
PRC Homes is owned and run by Paul Coon. Before starting his own company, Paul worked as a construction superintendent for national home builders including Pulte, Standard Pacific and Providence Homes, running schedules, crews and inspections on new home communities.
He has also been a Utah real estate broker and investor since 2009, so he knows which improvements add value and which ones don't. Every project gets a clear written scope, a realistic schedule and direct contact with the owner.
